Elermore Property Syndicate
The Elermore Property Syndicate was completed in November 2007 and we are pleased to announce that investors received a significant capital return with an internal rate of return over the life of the syndicate of 20.50%pa.
The Elermore Property Syndicate commenced on 10 November 2001 after the acquisition of Elermore Vale Shopping Centre in Newcastle NSW. Over its six year term the syndicate consistently performed above 10%pa with all investors enjoying highly tax effective income. An exit strategy for the syndicate was developed, which maximised the outcome to investors.
